Thank you for working on the duty schedules for the remainder of the year. It definitely takes a village! All of the schedules are posted below (they will also be posted in the building near the stations).
Important duty guidelines are listed below. Please read carefully because some have changed.
- Must be on morning duty station by 7:20 am.
- Students should not be dismissed for buses until the wing before you has cleared. This includes those student exiting on the side doors (because they are traveling the opposite direction from the younger students. We want the younger students to get to the buses first).
- Each teacher with bus duty should stand on/near the newly painted pawprints to ensure we are spread for adequate supervision of all students. There should be no running, no walking in grass, no cell phones out, etc.
- Teachers with afternoon duty should have a partner or neighboring teacher watch her class in the hallway so he/she can get to afternoon duty promptly at 3:00.
- Teachers on carline duty should escort the carline students to the carline. You may want to have one other teacher on the hall assist with walking them.
- All other teachers on the hall should stand in the hallway in front of their rooms until all students have exited past their rooms.
- If you cannot make it to your duty due to absence, meeting, etc, you must find a replacement by contacting someone on your duty team.
