It is hard to believe we are already approaching the end of January 2021. In spite of all the challenges we have been faced with this year, there is incredible teaching and learning going on in every classroom. Thank you for your unwavering dedication to your students' well being and learning! It is paying off!!!
Important - AimsWebPlus Data Reports
Reminder: Please do NOT share reports with parents yet. These will be sent out on a designated data by the district once ALL testing is completed. We will follow the guidelines for sharing this data based on the Alabama Literacy Act and our TCS district timeframe.
Cyber Security Training
All faculty and staff (both certified and classified) must complete our Cyber Security Training by the end of the day on Monday, January 25th. Please make sure you have done this.
Board Appreciation Cards/Notes
We are preparing a basket of appreciation cards to be presented to the TCS School Board on Monday evening. Please make sure all cards are in the office no later than first thing Monday morning. If your class has not made a card, please take a few minutes first thing Monday morning to do this. We want to show Paine Elementary School's appreciation!
Wednesday - Data Meeting
We will meet in the South Collaboration room during our planning time to go over our mid-year data. If your students have not completed Performance Series or STAR, please make sure this is completed by the end of the day on Monday. If someone is out on quarantine, please complete as soon as they return.
Thursday Afternoon
Math PLC
Our PES Math PLC will meet on Thursday from 2:15 to 3:15. We will be discussing Number Talks. You don't want to miss this!
If you are not participating in the Math PLC, please meet with your partner or grade level teams to plan between 2:15 and 3:15.
