Paine Elementary Teachers and Staff,
Welcome back and Happy New Year! I hope each of you had a restful break filled with family and fun. I took some time to really relax and reflect over the break. I truly consider each of you such a blessing in my life, and in the lives of your students! We do not just have a school of determined, committed, passionate teachers and staff ....but you are all simply amazing human beings! I am so priviledged to serve as your principal. I thank you for your continued grace as we navigate the significant growth occurring in our school. As you do everyday, I am always reflecting on how I can be better, so thank you for your understanding and support as I continue to work on my own professional growth. One of my main resolutions is to do a better job listening to each of you (and not letting the busy work get in the way of that). Also, my one word for the year is JOY, so I will continue to focus on the joy found in the important work we are doing at Paine. I really love when the new year rolls around (as well as a new school year), because it inspires me to focus on my purpose. My purpose is to support YOU in providing the best educational experience for our approximately 1,200 little blessings, and making a profound difference in their lives! You are all difference makers!!! Thank you for all you do to make Paine Elementary such a great school!
Happy New Year!
Lisa
