Library Books Due

Please remind your students that all library books are due Monday, May 13th.  We still have approximately 770 student books still checked out.

Monday Planning Time - Student Placement Forms (formerly rating cards)

We will be sharing the link and information about the student placement forms Monday during planning time (instead of after school).  If you are a classroom teacher and cannot attend, please send a partner teacher.  Please have these completed by Friday afternoon.

There will be no faculty meeting Monday afternoon.

Final PST Meeting for the Year - Tuesday

Our final PST meeting will be Tuesday.  Please make sure everything is updated in Campfire prior to this meeting.

Thursday Data Meetings

We will have year-end data meetings during your planning time in the collaboration room on Thursday.

HTMS Band Performance at PES - Thursday

The HTMS Band will perform for Paine Elementary at 1:30 on Thursday, May 16th.  It will be held in the courtyard (weather permitting).

Friday Freeze

Friday Freeze has been rescheduled for Friday, May 17th.

Year End Faculty Celebration

We will have our last faculty meeting for this year on Monday, May 20th at 2:15.  At this time we will celebrate our year!

End of Year Parties

Year end parties should be held the afternoon of your assembly day (the last week of school).  

Monday, May 20th - 4th Grade

(Since Monday is our early day, you may choose to begin parties earlier; but please wait until the assembly is scheduled to end....approximately 10:30 on)

Trussville Historical Museum

The Trussville Historical Board runs the History Museum, which is located in Heritage Hall.  They are opening the Museum on Saturday, May 18th, from 10:00 until 1:00 pm.  They invite Administrators, and any teachers that might be interested, to stop by and visit.  They would like to share their resources with the school system.  Their hope is for teachers to bring their classes during the school year to learn about Trussville.
