Paine Faculty and Staff Christmas Party

Don’t forget to come to the North Lunchroom after dismissal Monday for a PES Faculty Christmas Celebration.  This Faculty Celebration includes Everyone, so please make sure you pass the word to the Classified Staff, CNP Staff and Custodians around you. 

We have a really fun activity planned and we want everyone to participate.  And remember to bring a snack to share…salty, sweet, whatever you like.

Math Scantron Testing

Math Scantron Testing should be completed for all students in Grades K-5 by the end of this week.

Important Reminders Before Christmas Break

• Please have students help you get your rooms clean before the end of the week.  
• Please be sure to unplug anything electronic in your classroom (lamps, Christmas trees, etc.) before we leave on Friday.

Six Flags Reading Incentive Over Christmas Break

Please encourage your students to participate in the Six Flags reading incentive over Christmas Break.  We want to make sure students are still reading over the break.  You may want to copy the reading logs on red or green paper.  When they are returned, please send to Kelly or Jenni.  The absolute deadline to turn these in is February 22, 2019.

Early Dismissal Schedule on Friday

We will dismiss students at 12:00 on Friday, and will be operating under the following early dismissal schedule.  There will be no specials on Friday; please look for your adjusted PE and lunch times.  Please adhere to the adjusted lunch times so we can get all students fed and the lunchroom cleaned up.  I ask that you sit with your students on Friday; lunch will only be 20 minutes so students should be quietly eating.  All specialists are asked to assist in the lunchroom beginning at 10:00 and stay to assist the lunchroom staff with cleanup.

 

*The will be an "All-Call" when faculty and staff are clear to leave on Friday.
